Abstract
|
|
|
Malignant mixed mesodermal(Mullerian) tumor-MMMT-of the ovary is a rare neoplasm, only about 140 cases have been reported in the world.
Most of all was heterologous type and 80% occur in postmenopausal women.
At diagnosis, the tumor is usually in an advanced stage, and the clinical course is rapidly fatal.
We experienced a case of MMMT of ovary in 66 year-old nulliparous women and brief review of the case and its literature are presented.
